Born in Hawaii, raised in Oregon, and currently residing in Denver, CO. I've always been passionate about people and exploring the outdoors, which fuels both my personal and professional life.

From starting my marketing career at a wellness startup, to growing and refining my skillset over the years at a performance branding agency, I learned two things for sure:

• Building, and maintaining relationships is the cornerstone of true success and something I genuinely enjoy. At the end of the day, we all strive for the same thing; fulfillment and growth. It’s the path that takes us there is a unique journey. In a digital world, it’s easy to feel detached from your work. But when you treat others the way you want to be treated and recognize the greater good you can contribute, everything else falls into place.

• Radical honesty is essential for authentic business growth. Teams need individuals who are courageous enough to say "no" and respectfully challenge one another. Brands require partners who will be honest in their promotions, and who can be trusted to represent the brand accurately and genuinely.

I credit a majority of my professional success to learning and embodying these principles. Over my career, I’ve had the opportunity to manage some of the world’s largest affiliate programs, navigating everything from launch strategies to implementation and innovative optimization in an ever-evolving industry.

Fast forward many years, and here I am.

I founded Pele Partners because I wanted to adapt my skillset to help purpose-driven brands make the world a better place (I know, it sounds cliché). I want to show brands that the power of partnership extends beyond revenue generation. It can be a valuable, incremental channel transforming consumers from buyers into enthusiastic community members.

The consumer landscape is changing, and now more than ever, people want to buy from brands and individuals that align with their values.
